Page by page, what each one owes, and what must be generated rather than written: the catalogue from frontmatter, the lifecycle table's skill column from the repositories, all word counts, and the duplicate's divergence measured on every build. It also sets this site's particular duty, which is that its subject is the artefact type agents load, so llms.txt self-sufficiency and a markdown twin are acceptance criteria rather than extras.
