The source documents
This site was commissioned with a brief pack, and the pack is published whole
rather than quarried for quotes. Every page here renders the raw markdown in place; the file
under briefs/ is the source of truth, and every reader links to it.
Why publish the brief rather than only the site. The pack contains the
reasoning, the deconflicts against sibling sites, the do-not-publish list and the gaps, and a
reader who wants to check whether this site represents its sources fairly needs the sources.
It is also the artefact an agent should take: it is markdown, it is complete, and it is one
request. See for agents.

Data, not prose
- catalogue/skills.json is the catalogue as data, and the input every generated page on this site is built from.
- briefs/skills__catalogue.json is the original survey as supplied with the pack, kept unmodified so the enrichment this site added is auditable against it.
- briefs/09__source-manifest.csv is the manifest: thirty rows, every source tiered nought to three, with a publishability ruling on each. The rows marked do-not-publish are honoured and are not on this site.
- briefs/LICENSE.md is the pack's own licence.
