The shipped skills, and the conventions they encode

What it is

The only part of the skills work that is shipped, and the document the authoring guide falls straight out of. It catalogues the eight skills, extracts the five authoring conventions that every one of them follows and none of them documents, records the diverging duplicate with its measurements, generalises the sg.llm refusal into three governance rules, and notes the February 2026 review trio as a precedent that was never repeated.
